The OSM AD Foundation and HOST help 3 schools in the Philippines

OSM-AD Foundation and HOST installed solar energy sets to 3 schools in isolated communities in Southern Leyte Province, in the Philippines, among the villages that were ruined by Typhoon Odette last December, 2021.

Until now, there is still no power source in those communities. School teachers are dependent on gasoline-powered generators to continue school operations such as the weekly printing of hundreds of learning modules for the remote classes of the children during the new normal. Therefore, OSM-AD Foundation and HOST installed solar panel sets to 3 schools where they would make the most impact.

Today, the beneficiary schools are now printing the learning modules for hundreds of children using sustainable and practical solar energy.
