Most recently, he served as Group Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Saferoad Group, where he led the people, ESG, and communications agenda. He has also held senior people leadership roles at Seven Seas Group, Cermaq, and Wilhelmsen — including several years based in Asia and brings deep expertise in post-merger integration, organisational design, and change management.
