Frode brings more than 25 years of international finance leadership across the maritime, subsea, and offshore energy sectors. He spent the past eight years as CFO of DeepOcean Group, prior to which he held senior international roles across the Schlumberger Group. Known for his hands-on, commercially minded approach, Frode has a strong track record in financial leadership, M&A, and business transformation, working closely with operations to build strong teams. He holds a Master’s in Economics, Science & Finance from the University of Aberdeen and has completed executive education at the Wharton School
