Ministry of Labor Releases Final Salary Transparency Report
Brasília, September 26, 2025 — The Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), through the Secretariat of Labor Inspection, has released the Final Salary Transparency Report, now available on the Emprega Brasil Portal.
The report, mandated by Normative Instruction GM/MTE No. 6 of September 17, 2024, aims to strengthen equality between women and men in the workplace. It provides data on hiring salaries and average remuneration, highlighting differences across occupational groups. In cases where comparisons are not shown, the report explains whether this is due to low representation of men or women in that category.
Employers are required to download the report, disclose it publicly — via company websites, social media, or similar channels — and provide proof of publication through the Emprega Brasil Portal.
The deadline for compliance is September 30, 2025.
