It’s another first! We, at OSM Maritime Leaders Academy (MLA) is proud to share to everyone that we have conducted the first Incident Investigation Course done virtually. Facilitated by Capt. Amit Bhagwat, the course aims to provide the participants with the basic skills necessary to conduct an effective incident investigation on board. Our pilot course was attended by Russians, Indonesian and Indian participants.
Capt. Dipto Sinha commended the efforts for making this course available. He also mentioned that the session was very interactive, and modules were discussed within the schedule.
