MESSAGE FROM THE CEO FINN AMUND NORBYE
Dear Maritime Colleagues,
In our business, safety and operational quality are fundamental. I am proud of the strong safety performance achieved across our fleet in 2024 and want to thank everyone for their daily commitment to this critical priority. Safety is a shared responsibility, and I am particularly pleased with how well our Marine Quality Assurance department engages colleagues at sea and ashore to enhance safety. New plans are in place to further strengthen these efforts over the coming years.
Earlier this year, we held town halls to present our strategy for the future, with growth as a key cornerstone. We highlighted the importance of expanding with existing and new customers while pursuing opportunities for inorganic growth through acquisitions.
Our largest business unit, Technical Management, has seen strong growth this year, with new wins from both existing and new customers, despite ongoing vessel churn largely due to vessel sales rather than performance. Our expertise in managing advanced, large vessels remains a key strength and contributes significantly to our financial performance. A particularly positive trend is our ability to maintain the management of vessels sold to new owners, further reinforcing our reliability and value.
The acquisition of Klaveness Ship Management AS, with its skilled teams in Oslo and Manila, will further enhance our capabilities starting January 2025. The recent “Ship of the Year” award from our key customer Golden Ocean was a significant milestone, along with the addition of another vessel to our management. Increased activity has driven growth in markets like China and Indonesia. Our core strategy remains focused on safety, quality performance, and close collaboration with customers. For 2025, we aim to maintain this focus while pursuing significant growth, exploring the addition of a fourth TM hub alongside Singapore, Norway, and Croatia, and entering a new shipping segment.
Third-party Crew Management has demonstrated strong growth and stability, with notable achievements in 2024, including expansion in Oceania and Brazil and a new partnership with SMG, creating opportunities in the cruise sector. The Crew Match software, now holding approximately 150,000 seafarer profiles, has become a vital tool for crew management. “CM for TM” — the cooperation between Crew Management and Technical Management — has been a key focus this year, with a cooperation model now finalized, emphasizing the importance of successful implementation. In 2025, the focus will remain on sustaining growth, attracting new customers, and expanding our manning office footprint into new countries.
2024 has seen an exciting development in Marine Services – an area where we hold high expectations for the future. In this issue, we present a comprehensive overview of our marine services. This year, we focused on enhancing key offerings such as Axia Procurement, OSERV Catering, Energia Global Travel, Nordic Medical Clinic, and other specialized services. These specialized marine services, alongside our technical and crew management expertise, reflect our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
We made significant progress in advancing green initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, contributing to a sustainable future for the maritime industry. Read more in the article Sustainability in Marine Services to explore how these efforts are shaping our approach. We are also featuring Spotlight on Newbuilding Services, which highlights our team’s expertise and collaboration in advancing vessel construction and management. In 2025, it will be crucial to enhance our existing marine services while also focusing on developing new offerings.

A WORLDWIDE NETWORK: Inside OSM Thome Marine Services Team and Setup
By: Lee Cheok Wing, Head of Business Development & Project, Marine Services

Marine Services is one of the three business pillars in OSM Thome, with nine service offerings under our umbrella. The story of creation for each of the services has common elements, all with the purpose of finding where we can add value, complement our core services, which are Technical Management (TM) and Crew Management (CM), and make a sustainable business out of it. We identify what we perceive as a gap in the industry and provide service offerings where we do things better than most others. This can mean offering better quality of service, making improvements to seafarers’ welfare, transparency, and integrated solutions. Our commitment to customers is to be transparent, efficient, and cost-effective.
At the heart of Marine Services lies our team, who are recognised as being at the top of their industry. From managing directors to executives, all are industry professionals who joined the company, bringing with them many years of experience and knowledge.
Having industry leaders in the team brings about a unique dynamic working group, where innovation and cooperation are a must.
There is a deliberate strategy of placing Marine Services personnel in key TM and CM locations to encourage better communication and facilitate seamless operations. Being a global setup across nine countries, OSM Thome’s Marine Services benefit from bringing in talent from different parts of the world and tapping into local expertise when needed.
Having industry leaders in the team brings about a unique dynamic, where innovation and cooperation are a must. None of the Marine Services business units work in silos, and by sharing resources and knowledge, we create services and products that stand out in the industry. For example, NMC and OSERV are coming together and embarking on a holistic campaign to improve the health and wellness of our crew onboard. This is achieved through choosing healthy, nutritious food, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and setting specific health goals.
2024 was a year of building and strengthening our foundation, with the mindset of preparing for accelerated growth in 2025 and beyond. We have ambitious goals, and through a well-organised and experienced setup, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive maritime solutions and innovation to ensure we remain at the forefront of the maritime industry.
EXPANDING HORIZONS: OSM Thome Welcomes Klaveness Ship Management
By: OSM Thome Editorial

OSM Thome recently completed the acquisition of Klaveness Ship Management AS from Torvald Klaveness, a move that brought together two respected names in maritime excellence. The acquisition marked a strategic milestone, combining the deep expertise of Klaveness in managing specialised vessels like the Klaveness Combination Carriers (KCC) with OSM Thome’s global scale and technical capabilities. This partnership strengthened the foundation for enhanced operations and future innovations in ship management.
The agreement ensured the seamless continuation of Klaveness Ship Management’s integrated operating model. The dedicated team of experienced professionals responsible for the KCC fleet remained fully intact, preserving the high standards of technical and operational excellence Klaveness is known for. This continuity allowed KCC to maintain its industry-leading performance while gaining access to OSM Thome’s additional technical resources, global infrastructure, and scale.
As part of the collaboration, Klaveness executives recently visited OSM Thome’s Manila office, where they were warmly welcomed by CEO Finn Amund Norbye, Chief Crew Management Officer Julia Anastasiou, and Managing Director of OSM Thome Philippines, Mailyn Borillo. This visit underscored the shared commitment to fostering strong relationships and ensuring a unified approach to the partnership’s success.
Finn Amund Norbye, CEO of OSM Thome, emphasised the importance of this collaboration: “This acquisition represented an exciting opportunity to combine the strengths of two leaders in the maritime industry. We are proud to have worked alongside the exceptional team at Klaveness Ship Management to ensure a smooth transition, and we remain committed to building on their legacy of safety, quality, and efficiency.”

This milestone highlighted both companies’ shared vision of advancing ship management through sustainable practices and cutting-edge solutions.
BUILDING EXCELLENCE: How OSM Thome’s New Building Supervision Sets the Standard
By: Eunice Anne Narvadez, Corporate Communications and Marketing Executive

Imagine building a high-performance race car. You have the design, the parts, and the blueprint, but to ensure it’s fast, safe, and durable, an expert mechanic must oversee every step. They ensure the engine runs smoothly, the wheels are aligned, and every detail is perfected.
OSM Thome plays a similar role in shipbuilding. Their New Building Supervision services oversee every stage of construction, from reviewing plans to monitoring production and inspecting the final vessel. This ensures that the ship meets industry standards, stays on schedule, and is built to the owner’s specifications, ready to perform at its best.
In a recent interview, Managing Director for Projects and New Building Supervision, Douglas Dalli, took us behind the scenes of shipbuilding excellence.
New Building Supervision Explained
Essentially, the new building supervision team represents the shipowners at the shipyard. The company’s team, which has been in the industry for 19 years, is composed of around 60 people detailed in different locations in the world and is divided into the disciplines of site manager, steel hull painting, and mechanical and electrical works. The services rendered are tailor-fit for each ship. “Each project has individual characteristics and individual ways of doing the ships. So, it depends on the requirements of the owners and how we work and how we proceed,” Dalli explained.
To uphold quality standards, each project is typically completed within 16 to 17 months, though the timeline may vary depending on the type of ship. Many of the vessels supervised by the team are subsequently entrusted to OSM Thome’s technical management, ensuring a seamless continuation of quality service.
Quality and Excellence at the Forefront
With their 19 years of experience, OSM Thome’s New Building Supervision caters to a wide range of clients. “We have a good reputation in the market which makes us talk to serious players in the market. We have done good work for DFDS, Ocean Infinity, NSS in China, Sea Core, and Ocean Infinity,” shared Dalli.
To ensure quality and compliance, they have their standard inspection test plan in place. The team consolidates inspection data from multiple projects into a detailed test plan, advocating for shipowners’ interests to ensure quality and compliance. “It is inspection intensive, but that is why we are there, and we ensure that everything is inspected to compliance and to the specific quality of which we are very proud to have,” Dalli emphasised.
Just like in any job or project, challenges on site come in several ways. “It all depends on the scenarios and on-site characteristics of the projects. There are different shipyards with different mindsets – some take on a lot of work. That is why we have our procedures of insistence, following up on reports, and reporting mechanism,” Dalli added.
Driving Excellence in the Industry and Supporting OSM Thome’s Technical Management
While the New Building Supervision team’s goal is to produce quality ships that will take on the seas of the world, another vital aim of the team is to eventually pass on the projects to OSM Thome’s technical management team. “We pride ourselves on achieving the best performance possible by focusing on quality and leveraging our strengths. Then we gain the confidence of the owners, and that relationship can be passed on to technical management. That is the most important function we should have, and that’s what we are focusing on – getting the full project for OSM Thome,” Dalli concluded.
CREW MANAGEMENT’S WORK SMARTER 3.0: Creating Alignment, Enhancing Efficiency & Strengthening Teamwork Globally
By: Flor Antonette Sanchez-Capanas, Senior Operational Excellence Executive

Launched in July 2024, Work Smarter 3.0 is a strategic initiative designed to align processes and foster greater collaboration following the merger of Thome and OSM. With the goal of aligning Crewing Operations and Crew Management departments across OSM Thome’s global offices, the project sets the stage for a more efficient, unified approach to Crewing.
The journey began with key workshops focused on process and responsibility mapping in the company’s largest Crewing Operation hubs affected by the merger — Philippines, India (Mumbai and Chennai), and Croatia (Split and Zadar). These workshops provided critical insights, enabling teams to clearly define roles and responsibilities and identify opportunities for operational improvements. The workshops titled “Player vs. Victim” and “Work Smarter, Not Harder” were conducted to foster a mindset of ownership and continuous improvement. The “Player vs. Victim” workshop encourages a proactive, solution-oriented approach, shifting away from a blaming culture, while the “Work Smarter, Not Harder” workshop promotes productivity through innovation and efficiency, underscoring the importance of not just doing the job but improving it over time.
In terms of progress, the Philippines is set to implement the recommended changes by January 2025. In India, a review of the organisational structure and job titles is currently underway, with full implementation expected by Q1 2025. Additionally, India’s Crewing Support team will soon expand its services to support other nationalities on flag state requirements starting in January 2025. In Croatia, the mapping exercises for the Split and Zadar offices were successfully completed by November 2024, and discussions for the proposed changes are in progress.
Looking ahead, Work Smarter 3.0 will continue to roll out its initiatives, with upcoming workshops planned for Poland. By Q1, the project will proceed with Phase 2, which focuses on Process Improvement. This next phase will concentrate on the broader implementation of the changes across the organisation, further driving measurable efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
“We have two jobs: 1. Do our job; 2. Improve our job!” This has been the mantra of Work Smarter since its inception in 2015. It highlights our responsibility as teambuilders to continuously improve the way we do our work for the sake of our seafarers, our customers, and all stakeholders of OSM Thome. This initiative is the brainchild of Chief Crew Management Officer Julia Anastasiou and is supported by the Project Team composed of Managing Director for OSM Thome Philippines Mailyn Borillo, HSEQ Manager Richard Macarubbo, and Senior Operational Excellence Executive Flor Sanchez.
BRAZIL: A Mosaic of Rhythm, Rainforests, and Rich Tradition
By: Renata Barbosa, HR Manager for OSM Thome Brasil

Nestled in South America, Brazil is a land where vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes intertwine to create a truly unique destination. Famous for its energy, diversity, and natural beauty, Brazil captures the hearts of travellers with a blend of rhythm, rainforests, and rich traditions.
One of Brazil’s most celebrated cultural expressions is samba. This lively music and dance form is deeply ingrained in the nation’s identity and comes alive during Carnival, a spectacular annual festival where streets pulsate with colour, music, and joy. The celebration is not just a party—it’s a showcase of Brazil’s creative spirit and community pride.
Nature enthusiasts are drawn to the Amazon Rainforest, often called the “lungs of the Earth.” Home to unparalleled biodiversity, this vast ecosystem offers opportunities for exploration, from riverboat tours to treks through lush green landscapes alive with exotic wildlife. Adding to Brazil’s natural wonders are the breathtaking Iguazu Falls, a massive series of waterfalls that straddle the border with Argentina, offering a display of nature’s raw power and beauty.
Brazil’s iconic landmarks are equally captivating. The towering Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro is a symbol of faith and welcome, standing guard over the city with open arms. Nearby, the shores of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches invite visitors to soak up the sun and embrace the relaxed Brazilian lifestyle.
No visit to Brazil is complete without indulging in its diverse cuisine. From the hearty flavours of feijoada, a black bean and pork stew, to the refreshing zing of caipirinha cocktails, Brazil’s culinary scene is a testament to its multicultural roots. The street food is equally enticing—try pão de queijo “cheese bread” or açaí bowls for a true taste of Brazil.
Brazil is more than a destination; it’s a journey through rhythm, nature, and cultural depth. Whether you’re dancing to the beats of samba, marvelling at natural wonders, or savouring its rich flavours, Brazil offers an unforgettable mosaic of experiences.

Introducing a variety of wholesome desserts and snacks during this time goes beyond satisfying cravings—it fosters camaraderie among crew members, uplifts morale, and brings the festive spirit alive, even in the middle of the ocean. HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLNESS JOURNEY FOR THE NEW YEAR
By: Dr. Margarita Huerte, Nordic Medical Clinic, Medical Director for Operations

As we welcome the year 2025, let’s embrace the opportunity to prioritize holistic health and wellness, both onshore and onboard. For those in the maritime industry, balancing work and well-being can be challenging, but with small, intentional steps, we can make this year a journey toward a healthier and more purposeful life.
Eating for the Wellness of the Mind and Body
Nutritious meals are a foundation for good health. For seafarers, choosing fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins when available is essential. Shore employees should avoid skipping meals and opt for whole foods over processed snacks. Hydration is equally vital—drink plenty of water to stay energized and focused.
Having an Active Lifestyle
Whether you’re at sea or working in the office, physical activity is key. While onboard, make use of open deck spaces for sports activities, brisk walks, or light exercises. Onshore, set aside 20-30 minutes daily for activities you enjoy, such as biking, running, or yoga. Movement fuels your energy, keeps your heart healthy, and boosts your mood.
Managing Stress and Fostering Mindfulness
Stress is inevitable, but managing it is within your control. Practice deep breathing exercises or mindfulness meditation to ground yourself. Writing in a journal or talking to a trusted colleague can help process your emotions and reduce anxiety.
Managing a Good Amount of Sleep
Sleep can be elusive, especially with shifting schedules. Create a bedtime routine, such as reading or meditating, to signal to your body that it’s time to rest. Darken your sleeping space and minimize screen time an hour before bed to improve sleep quality.
Building Connections and Lifelong Learning
Strong relationships are vital for mental well-being. Make time for meaningful conversations with loved ones, even across distances. Seize opportunities to learn new skills or hobbies onboard or onshore—continuous growth enhances self-confidence and resilience.
Setting Achievable Goals
This year, aim for progress, not perfection. Break big goals into manageable steps and celebrate small wins along the way. Remember, every step toward better health contributes to your overall happiness in many aspects of your life.
Let’s make 2025 a year of wellness and resilience. Here at Nordic Medical Clinic, we encourage you to take care of yourself and each other—because a healthy you is the anchor of a thriving maritime community. Together, we sail toward brighter horizons!
A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AT SEA: Honouring Team Spirit and Friendship
By: Dr. Laxmi Todiwan, Wife of Capt. Rajesh of Bow Palladium

As I sat at home, surrounded by the comforts of daily life, I felt a wave of sadness. It was my husband’s birthday, and he was far away at work on a ship, sailing the vast ocean. Although most of his birthdays have been spent away from home, this time I really felt his absence. I had missed packing a new birthday dress for him to carry when he joined—a small gesture to remind him of our love and to celebrate his special day.
However, I was deeply moved to learn that my husband’s crew had organized a wonderful surprise for him. When I saw the pictures he sent, my heart was filled with gratitude and happiness. The joy, laughter, and camaraderie captured in those images lifted my spirits and reminded me that he had a caring team around him, even when his family was not there.
The celebration onboard was a true reflection of creativity and teamwork. Despite the limited resources available, they decorated the area with colorful balloons and paper kites and set up a large makeshift table using drums and a plank. A crisp tablecloth completed the table, on which a buffet was served, including a delicious cake and a good spread of delicacies. The backdrop was a large banner reading “Happy Birthday, Capt Rajesh!” This served as a perfect focal point, showcasing their effort and affection. It truly speaks volumes about their creativity and innovation. Hats off to them for making such a delightful celebration possible! It looked like a theme party on a ship—an event that landlubbers would be happy to pay to attend!
What moved me most was the strong sense of community and togetherness. Although they were miles from land, the crew came together to create an unforgettable experience for their captain, reflecting their respect and admiration for him. I am also thankful to OSM Thome for cultivating such a great work culture.
Their commitment to employee well-being is evident in how they celebrate individuals and create strong bonds among team members. This is also a great example of sustainability and DIY (“Do It Yourself”) spirit.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to every crew member for their hard work. This birthday celebration was not only a party for my husband but also a demonstration of the spirit of teamwork and friendship that binds them. The way they collaborated for this surprise speaks volumes about their connections and reminds us that, even in tough or odd times, kindness and support can thrive.
The Power of Teamwork and Friendship
The birthday celebration illustrated how teamwork and friendship can turn challenges into joyful moments. When people come together for a common goal, they create a strong sense of belonging. In the demanding life of seafarers, unity is crucial. The crew’s ability to celebrate important occasions, despite the challenges of being at sea, shows the resilience and compassion we can find in each other.
As we think about this special celebration, let’s remember to nurture teamwork and friendship in our lives. Whether at sea, in an office, or anywhere else, we can learn from this crew and strive to build supportive communities.
To the amazing crew, thank you for your thoughtfulness and creativity. You’ve made my husband’s birthday truly special. May your spirit of camaraderie continue to inspire and uplift each other as you navigate life together.
“Together, we weave the fabric of our success, where every thread of creativity and collaboration creates a masterpiece.”
HOME AWAY FROM HOME: Celebrating the Holidays Onboard
By: OSM Thome Editorial

The holidays are a time for warmth, joy, and togetherness, but for seafarers, the festive season often takes place far from their families and homes. Aboard the OSM Thome vessels, the spirit of celebration transcends borders and time zones as crew members of diverse nationalities come together to create a sense of home at sea.
In this feature, we explore the unique experiences of our seafarers, uncovering how they celebrate the holidays while navigating the vast oceans. Through shared traditions, creative

celebrations, and heartfelt camaraderie, these stories showcase the incredible ability of seafarers to turn their vessel into a home away from home, fostering connection and holiday cheer even in the middle of the sea.
For 2nd Officer Maribel Singian, celebrating Christmas with her crew mates onboard is an exciting experience. “It all starts with a festive dinner on Christmas Eve, complete with savory dishes, joyful laughter, and fun-filled entertainment,” Singian shared. In the middle of each voyage, technology plays a vital role in staying in touch with her family and friends. “Staying in touch with family and friends through technology has been a lifesaver while serving onboard. Their love and support help me overcome isolation and stay focused,” she emphasized.
“May the spirit of love fill your heart with lots of happiness and cheer! May 2025 unfold with joy, fulfillment, and endless possibilities.” – Maribel Singian, 2nd Officer

Engaging in meaningful conversations, fun karaoke sessions, and sharing a good feast onboard is how 4th Officer Singh Inderjeet and his fellow crew plan to celebrate the holiday season this year.
“Wishing you divine blessings, vibrant health, and a long, resilient life. Happy Holidays!” – Singh Inderjeet, 4th Officer
For Wiper Mike Anthony Nueva, this season is a time for reflection and appreciation. “This Christmas, I’m filled with gratitude, not wishes. Thank you, OSM Thome, for the life-changing opportunity to work on my first international voyage. I’m grateful for my exceptional crew mates, whose kindness and collaboration make working abroad feel like home,” Nueva shared.
During this season, Nueva ensures he stays connected to his family and friends through constant video calls and messages. He reflects on his journey and expresses his gratitude for the opportunity to work onboard this year. “I have been blessed to be granted an opportunity to work as Wiper at OSM Thome. Never give up because dreams do come true. One day, you’ll be grateful you didn’t give up.”

FAITH, FAMILY, AND TRADITION: What Makes Your Holiday Season Unique?
By: OSM Thome Editorial
The holiday season is a time of joy, reflection, and togetherness, made special by unique traditions that connect us to ourroots and loved ones. What holiday tradition do you and your family or community celebrate that is unique to your region? Whether it’s attending dawn masses, preparing special dishes, or gathering with loved ones, these traditions bring deeper meaning to the season and create lasting memories. What makes this time truly magical for you?
TOMASZ GLOWACKI
Purchaser, OSM Thome Norway
In Poland, we start celebrating from midday Christmas Eve and traditionally we start celebrating once we’ve seen the ‘First Star’ in the sky.In every house, there’s a nicely decorated Christmas tree. Traditional Christmas Eve dinner is composed of 12 meals (non-meat) and corresponds to the 12 Apostles.

Traditionally, we do also leave one set of plates and cutlery on the table for any unexpected guest. We gather with family and celebrate time together while singing Christmas carols and wishing everybody good health and prosperity. While Santa Claus is visiting each house, a present for everybody is given. In Christian tradition, poeple attend Midnight Mass at church to celebrate Jesus Christ’s birth. Christmas in Poland is a cozy moment to spend time with family so we also visit each other during this season.
NAFSIKA KARANTZA
Commercial Manager, Marine Services, OSM Thome Cyprus
One of the special traditions in Cyprus during Christmas time is the baking of the Christmas sweets!
As food and especially sweets are a big part of our culture, the whole family sits together to prepare and bake some treats for the festive period.
Kourabiedes (buttery almond cookies dusted with powdered sugar) and Melomakarona (honey-soaked biscuits made with walnuts and spices) traditional sweets no one can resist. Christmas music and wine, the smell of freshly baked goods and the quality time with my beloved ones, makes this period so special for me!

GILBERT BUENAVENTURA
Operations Manager, Energia Global Travel, the Philippines
Christmas in our town is a time for reflection and celebration. As members of Couples for Christ, our family actively participates in church services that highlight the spiritual significance of the season. For many, these services are a way to honor the religious
essence of Christmas and strengthen their Catholic faith.
The “Misa de Gallo” (Mass of the Rooster) marks the start of the 9-day novena, culminating in the “Noche Buena” or Christmas Eve Mass. These solemn gatherings not only commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ but also reconnect families and friends, fostering shared values of faith and tradition.
Ultimately, Christmas services enrich the season by blending personal devotion with a deep sense of community.

AMANDA SONG
Business Development Deputy Manager, OSM Thome Singapore

December is our favorite month of the year, and it’s easy to see why. With school holidays in full swing, the excitement of Christmas filling the air, and vacations just around the corner, it’s a time that feels truly magical. There’s a special kind of joy that comes with stepping away from our usual routines to slow down, savor the season, and embrace the spirit of togetherness.
It’s the perfect time to enjoy every moment as a family ― whether it’s exploring new places, sharing in festive traditions, or simply spending cozy days at home. From decorating the tree and baking holiday treats to planning adventures and watching the kids’ faces light up with excitement, December gives us endless opportunities to bond and create cherished memories. It’s a season of joy, laughter, and love, making it one of the most precious times of the year.

SCHOLARS AT THE FRONTLINE OF COMMUNITY WORKS
By: Noah Ordoño, OSM Thome Foundation Manager (OSM-AD Foundation)
Like a caring father seeing his child’s instincts maturing through helping others, development institutions such as the OSM Thome-supported OSM-AD Foundation experience a similar feeling when they see their scholars taking up important roles in the community.
Last November, the Bicol Region in the Philippines was severely affected by a series of storms and floods that destroyed villages and livelihoods. Those scholars living in the area immediately expressed their desire to help in the Foundation’s Disaster Response Program to deliver aid to the affected population, mostly in the most far-flung and least-assisted communities.
This operation was made possible through the support of donors, which are mostly composed of OSM Thome employees, volunteers, and local stakeholders, including teachers from Iraya Elementary School. With their efforts, 500 families received essential supplies to help them recover from the effects of the typhoon.
The scholars’ actions highlighted OSM Thome’s value of collaboration and shared responsibility in responding to natural disasters and supporting vulnerable communities during challenging times, prioritising the welfare of the people.
OSM THOME BRASIL AND ARAGÃO CORRETORA DE SEGUROS LTDA PARTNER FOR A MEANINGFUL SOCIAL INITIATIVE AT SANTA LUIZA SHELTER
By: Thaís Rodrigues, Facilities Supervisor

OSM Thome Brasil, in collaboration with Aragão Corretora de Seguros LTDA, successfully organised a heartfelt social initiative focused on supporting elderly women living at the Santa Luzia Shelter. This meaningful effort provided an afternoon filled with care, compassion, and special attention, creating transformative moments for all participants. The experience was deeply moving, fostering connections and demonstrating the importance of community support and social responsibility.
We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this heart-warming and important initiative, which reflects OSM Thome’s commitment to social responsibility and the well-being of the communities we serve. Together, we continue to make a positive and lasting impact, always putting people at the heart of everything we do.
